Service charges shown herein are established and
authorized by Florida Statutes, Pinellas County
Ordinances, U. S. Department of State Passport
Agents Manual, Administrative Orders, Rules of
Traffic Court Procedure and special Legislative
Acts. Authority for the specific charges is on
file in each of the office locations and may
be reviewed upon request.
This Schedule of Service Charges incorporates those
charges for the most frequently used services under
the responsibility of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
For information on service charges not listed,
please contact the appropriate department for
assistance.
