Please note: The Clerk's Office does not schedule appointments for passport applications. Passport applicants should expect longer wait times between the hours of 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.and between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., as these are the office's busiest times.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective July 13, 2010, Passport fees have increased. Payments made to the Department of State
increased and payments made to the application acceptance facility remained the same creating an increase in
the total cost of processing a passport. The new fees are listed below.

ONE PAYABLE TO THE +"Clerk of the Court",
ANOTHER PAYABLE TO THE *"U.S. Department of State."

U.S. Passport Card – Not Valid for Travel by Air. Valid for
Land and Sea crossings between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean Only.
- Routine Service Passport Card – Adults 16 & Over
* $30.00 Passport Card Fee
+ $25.00 (The $25.00 execution fee is not charged when
the customer can present a valid Passport Book.)
= $ Total depends on whether an execution fee is required.
- Routine Service Passport Card – Children 15 & Under
* $15.00 Passport Card Fee
+ $25.00 Clerk of Court Processing Fee (The $25.00 execution fee is not charged when the customer can present a valid Passport Book.)
= $40.00
Beginning January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens,
traveling BY AIR between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America,
the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport book, Air NEXUS card, or
U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document, or an Alien Registration Card, Form I-551, if applicable.
