Please note: The Clerk's Office does not schedule appointments for passport applications. Passport applicants should expect longer wait times between the hours of 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.and between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., as these are the office's busiest times.

- YOU WILL NEED TWO FORMS OF PAYMENT:
ONE PAYABLE TO THE +"Clerk of the Court",
ANOTHER PAYABLE TO THE *"U.S. Department of State."
(The U.S. Dept. of State only accepts checks or money orders.) Fees are listed below.
- Notice from the U.S. Department of State, Effective February 1, 2008:
- U.S. Passport Book – Valid for Travel by Air, Sea or Land.
- U.S. Passport Card – Not Valid for Travel by Air. Valid for
Land and Sea crossings between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean Only.
- Beginning January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens,
traveling BY AIR between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America,
the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport book, Air NEXUS card, or
U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document, or an Alien Registration Card, Form I-551, if applicable.
