Committed to Customer Service Excellence!

PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLINE ATTORNEY APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING SYSTEM IS TEMPORARILY DOWN. We are working hard to fix the technical problems with the system. If you would like to schedule your appointment and pay by credit card, please call one of our two main Self Help Centers: Clearwater 727-464-5150 or St. Petersburg 727-582-7941. Either office can also schedule appointments for our satellite office opening at the Clerk's North County Branch on Tuesday, April 5, 2010.

The Clearwater Bar Association presents, People's Law School, an educational series taught by lawyers and judges at the St. Petersburg College Drew Street Campus. The series is free and open to everyone.

The Self Help Centers are the result of a collaborative effort between the Clerk’s Office, the Sixth Judicial Circuit, the Community Law Program and the Clearwater Bar Association.

The purpose of the Clerk's legal Self Help Centers is to assist Pinellas County citizens representing themselves in court (sometimes referred to as pro se persons) who do NOT have a private attorney. Pinellas County citizens who represent themselves in court and do not already have a private attorney representing them, can now get affordable legal assistance.
