      NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING 

The Value Adjustment Board for Pinellas County, Florida, hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, commencing at 09:00 a.m., in the Clerk’s Large Conference Room, Fourth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, a meeting will be held to act upon the Special Magistrate recommendations for the 2023 tax year, to approve the Final Certification of the 2023 tax rolls, and to consider any and all other matters that may legally come before said board. 

Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
